The administrator of personal data

The administrator of your personal data is a company under the name EDGE Pharma sp. z o.o. with its registered seat in Warsaw, at Marii Kazimiery 23K street, 01-641 Warsaw, KRS 0000775681, NIP 5252768542 (hereinafter referred to as the “Administrator”), which processes personal data in accordance with the Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council (EU) 2016/679 of April 27, 2016 on the protection of persons individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46 / EC (General Data Protection Regulation) (hereinafter referred to as “GDPR”) and in accordance with this privacy policy (hereinafter referred to as “Privacy Policy”).

    2. Marketing communication:
      In order to send commercial and marketing information via electronic means of communication (i.e. to inform about promotions and new products offered by the Administrator), the Administrator will process personal data for which you have previously given your voluntary consent to use them. The legal basis for processing is the consent obtained by the Administrator (Article 6 (1) (a) of the GDPR). You have the right to withdraw this consent at any time, but the withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of actions performed before its withdrawal.
  2. Compliance with legal obligations
    1. In order to fulfill the legal obligations imposed on the Administrator, resulting in particular from tax regulations (e.g. regarding the issuing or storage of invoices and accounting documents), the Administrator will process personal data. The legal basis for processing is the legal obligation imposed on the Administrator (Article 6 (1) (c) of the GDPR).
  3. Analytical and statistical purposes
    1. The Administrator will process personal data for the purposes of conducting market research and analysis, determining the preferences and behaviors of interested parties for the purposes of preparing and presenting information about new products, promotions or products by the Administrator. The legal basis for processing is the legitimate interest of the Administrator, consisting in obtaining relevant information in order to improve the quality of services provided (Article 6 (1) (f) of the GDPR.
  4. Establishing and pursuing claims and defending against them
    1. In order to establish or pursue claims by the Administrator, as well as to defend against claims, the Administrator will process personal data, as well as data related to any complaints or complaints. The legal basis for processing is the legitimate interest of the Administrator, consisting in the possibility of establishing and pursuing claims or defending against claims (Article 6 (1) (f) of the GDPR).

Information on the transfer of personal data

Your personal data will be used only by the Administrator and will not be transferred to third parties. Your personal data may be transferred to government institutions or other authorized bodies if required by law. The storage period may be extended by the period of limitation of your or the Administrator's claims resulting from legal provisions, if the processing of this data proves necessary to establish or pursue claims, as well as to defend against such claims;
  2. for the purposes of marketing communication (point 2 a) (ii) above) - until the consent is withdrawn;
  3. for the purpose of fulfilling the legal obligations imposed on the Administrator - for the period resulting from the provisions imposing these obligations;
  4. for analytical and statistical purposes - for the duration of a legitimate interest, unless you object to the processing of this personal data for analytical and statistical purposes as part of your rights. The storage period may be extended by the period of limitation of your or the Administrator's claims resulting from legal provisions, if the processing of this data proves necessary to establish or pursue claims, as well as to defend against such claims;
  5. for the purposes of establishing and pursuing claims or defending against claims - for the period of limitation of your claims against the Administrator or the Administrator's claims against you, resulting from legal provisions.

Information about your rights in connection with the processing of personal data

You have the following rights:

  1. the right to access personal data and information, as well as obtain confirmation whether your personal data is being processed;
  2. the right to request rectification and supplementation of your personal data;
  3. the right to object to the processing of personal data, in particular:
    1. the right to object at any time to the processing of your personal data for marketing purposes;
    2. the right to object at any time to the processing of your personal data for the purposes of implementing the legitimate interest of the Administrator;
  4. the right to request the restriction of the processing of personal data;
  5. the right to request the transfer of personal data;
  6. the right to be forgotten (requests to delete personal data being processed);
  7. the right to withdraw granted consents;
  8. the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory body (the President of the Personal Data Protection Office) if you believe that your personal data is being processed unlawfully.
